Well, approximately 12 hours after my last post, my October client went into labor.
It was a loooong one. I was there for 27 hours. Did I mention it was long?
Mom and baby are fine, and although the birth went nothing like the mom imagined it would, she is happy with her choices in her birth.
And I got some nice comments from the nurses and midwife too, so that made me feel good. :)

Long labor.... didn't exactly go according to plan.... sounds familiar!!! I'm sure the mom was very thankful to have you there!!!
